These terms apply when you use getaphotographer.com ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them.

What we do

We help you find and book a photographer for a shoot, such as a pre-wedding, vacation, proposal or product shoot. Photographers may be independent professionals or partners we work with. Availability depends on the city and date, and we're adding locations over time.

Requests are not bookings

Sending a request through the site is free and doesn't create a booking or any obligation for you or for us. A shoot is only confirmed once we (or the photographer) confirm it with you directly and you accept the final details and price.

Packages and prices

Packages and prices shown on the site are a guide and may vary by city, date and photographer. Prints are charged extra. The final price, what's included, delivery timing and any cancellation terms will be confirmed before you book.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in your request, including a working email address.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or misuse it.
• Make sure you're allowed to be photographed at the places you choose, and have any permits the location requires.

Photos and content

The text, design and images on this site belong to us or to the photographers who took them, and may not be copied without permission. Rights in the photos from your own shoot will be set out in your booking.

Reviews

Reviews on the site come from customers who booked shoots with our photographers.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, such as analytics and advertising tools, described in our Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
